wind whisks smoky veils
sun’s dust on spidery silk~
gossamer dreamscape

sky undresses gold 
filling the air with roses~
an opium kiss

trees adorned in brown
mirror the silent corn moon~
fallen escapade

Sealing eyes of sky,
       Descend upon straps of light,
Dusk…now dreams the night...

summer's lavish brush
canvas stroked in billowed swirls…
    daydreams framed in blue

and see the full moon glowing -
a pie in star-studded sky -
I do not dream I may fly.

muddy, dying pond
green confronts cloudless blue sky
my dog sniffs and snoops

a sky darkened to grape
lying in stillness. . . .
a lake of wine

the lake mirrors
wisps of twilight’s clouds above - 
a lilac trail

on the lilac trail
full white moon
a face glitters on water

deep purple water
moon in pomegranate sky. . . .
reflecting

The graceful ballet
My work almost completed
The gloomy gray sky

Explore your shadows
Allow yourself to feel joy
Fear of loneliness

gamboge moon and stars
dance haloed whirlwind marriage
in violet sky

while black cypress looms
past swirling clouds as fleeting
requiem for love

through bright starry eyes
secluded heart still searches
unrequited.
