Living on grass peacefully
I am a grasshopper waiting for a bird
Who is hunger and who is my saver

spring leads to summer
grasshopper plays unheeding
autumn comes early

grasshopper sits
on a barley stalk
fine dining

dance in summer song
grasshopper mingled in green 
jealous ants in queue

butterfly stops by
a pretty flit and flutter
checking on progress

our bee takes a whiff
and promptly buzzes off
not liking this scent

green grasshopper lands
takes enormous breath and sighs
garden elf happy

humming spring meadow
her grasshopper orchestra
puppys lively steps
