Pumpkin seeds as teeth
Candle light escapes eye holes
Goose bumps in the dark...

Last days of Autumn.
A solitary goose flies
Honking in despair.

Startled geese hiding,
Huddling in the dense brush
Roasted goose dinner...

The rain patters down
Sending goose bumps across flesh
My blue lips are numb

Her azure eyes shine
Like crystals catching the sun
Even in this rain

 My hide is soaked
It is on the line for her
The cold bite goes numb

Drawn in my jacket
Her eyes beaming at me
Blue eyed paradise.

The sound overhead
V-formation, front goose falls
Back, Canada heads

in winter's sunlight
chihuahua's blood vessels show...
 some goose poop on ears 

THE SEASONS

a cold touch of heart
the empty whiteness of eyes
nothing green survives

sudden disturbance
yesterday now tomorrow
nothing audible

before you know it
this verdant transformation
and bright warm blue sky

the northern god speaks
his breath cool and threatening
a shiver – goose bumps

I saw it happen,
While the goose laughed at the finch,
On his warmer way.

Goose feathers and blood

litter the path. Life and death

struggle that was lost.

fantasy gone loose
a wild, but sweet stolen goose
regret, after use

Snow light as goose down
White, milk like but lacy sheer
Weights down tree limbs crack

head down...peck the ground...
  
  tail...bottom up...spear a fish...

    duck-duck...Rob 'n Duck

a goose in a trance
plucking and stuffing easy
eyes start watering

The dream to fly high
Scattered puffy clouds below
A goose honks to pass

He cliff dived a lot
No water, the jump was hot
The landing was not

First skydiver fall
Lunch packed, no chute, dropped the ball
That's not good at all!

strong wisp of campfire
along the field embers dart--
mother goose flipping

I am a wild goose
a hunted one
I choose to graze
at your sight not for fun
but trapped by your beauty
I couldn't run
