In the deepest part
of myself
Sits a work of art

Life is similar to a maze. The pieces of the puzzles are scrambled and
    will eventually lead you toward your path, yet it has detours.

mist covers mountains
soothing shadows shades of doubt

sleep is what I need 
so tired of not sleeping 
wish I could just sleep

filling
my nights
my days

I wake up in pain
my wrists have shiny handcuffs 
I am in jail  

My heart feels ice-cold
It will not stop its beating 
I wish it would stop

My cell mate is gone
I am feeling so alone
I just want to die

Headline: "Bieber jailed."
And you tell me there's a God?
I won't sleep. Will you?

Ka-ka or doo-doo
Or number two or poo-poo...
or Kaka-doody .

boundless space gems,
spread wide in heaven's top,
high dose lift me up.

Smile

 Smile lightens the heart
 conquers fear and anxiety
 uplift other souls

I was just eighteen
Then i wanted to be six
Guess this is the end.

Lone walk. Fear the night.
Soft footsteps.. black.. still, spooky.
Fast flutter... Owl hoots.

Neck hairs standing up!
Headless horseman..giddyup!
Eerie pumpkin grins...

Noises behind me...
Closer....hot breath on my neck!!
Beat feet! Run like heck!!!

When I am having anxious thoughts
I  look at the beauty around me 
And breathe a sigh of relief
Because I know life is full of beautiful things
And all my worries are unnecessary.

I hate most people
I'm not antisocial though
But they bring drama

Make no mistake friend
Some people i do adore
Some i would die for

Don't worry stranger 
I'm actually friendly
If we had to meet 

I'm just very shy
But I'm not antisocial 
Maybe we should speak

an inward battle
anxiety leads to stress
then acid reflux

fingernail moon. . .
all that's left
of the argument

Christmas day

jollious faces,good looking,broad tummies

         a day of anxiety to approach

Spring has come again,
Sunshine comes from behind clouds,
Each day a new life.

Deep into the chambers of her heart,
Lies a dark secret,
Yes, she was a wildfire.

A flower wakes up

Finds shelter where lies turn truth

And

Its true colors bloom.
