Am I hallucinating?
My eyes are glazed over, people are asking
me if I am okay.
No I am not, can't you see my face twisted into knots?
Can't you see the blood in my eyes?
Can't you see this pain, this fear, this suffering,
these tears,
I cry for your love,
I just wanna listen to Miley,
go back to being quiet.
These lights and noises are making my head feel like
it's just gonna
explode, like my eyes are gonna implode,
Save me from this massacre.
Save me from this horrible selection,
I don't want to be your final last victim,
I don't want to die,
I swear I will live for today, and look at tomorrow,
and the simple days to follow.
I remembered the days where I lived for only today, and never
looked forward to tomorrow, or the next day, let
alone the next month.
Am I hallucinating?
I feel dizzy, I feel faint....
My heart is beating hard against my chest,
my veins bulging out,
My blood running hot and smooth through my body,
The blood and tears going to my brain.
The overflowing of stress and agony,
Will it ever end?
Oh, God almighty, please let it end!
It hurts so much, I cannot handle this
any longer!
Please free me of this pain,
and suddenly it stops,
a miracle maybe,
then the tears start to flow from my face,
wondering if I really am okay.

My Shoulder

My Shoulder

My shoulders
Hold the care of someone else
No warning

Heavy weight
Responsibilities grow

Tasks for two
Now are mine to meddle through
Keep Control

All appointments and the meds

I can feel
The stress upon my shoulders
It grows now

No easy task
I strain to make the effort

Not easy either
Daily challenges await
Days go by

My love too
Struggles with both walk and talk
Stroke attack

We face all the days ahead
Not I alone

Changed views now
Our tired eyes do see the world
Moving On

And with it much confusion
Sort it out

Love is strong
Any other seems so wrong
Find a way

The days with fun and flare
Are dreams now

My shoulders
Grow strong with all they carry

Look forward
Work now toward better days

Listen and see
Stroll calmly here;
Stillness smells sweet

Here as I sit
Feel soothing calm;
Pleasant presence

Sand, stone and sight
Poignant landscape;
Stillness presides

Feelings of ease
Lingers softly;
Mindful moments

Breathe in
Breathe out;
Flow of deep peace

A touch of Zen
Landscape tincture;
Intimate garden scene

Slow down now
Leave stress behind;
Mindfully present

Be present
Here rightly so;
Now feel deep peace

Birds at your window
Are irresistibly fair
Tempest in my hair

Gusto in the dust
Blue windows open and shut
Birds come out in lust

Two blooms hold a bird
A starry moment of trance
My doors are in dance

Birds keep pecking on
Purple stress of restlessness
Till the verse is born

My Day

Inhaled oxygen
Then exhaled stress and inhaled
the stress I exhaled.

Continuing life
Though in hesitations, Ah!

Ocean Enigma

Bloom moon fills my soul
Phases perfume sage stages
I trust muse mind time

Blending with moonlight
My diamond heart sparkles truth
I speak sea seconds

Waves whisper wise words
Releasing stress to cool clouds
I steam with star dew

Lighthouse a snow stone
Stalwart tower plays strength’s harp
I float on night’s notes

With wisdom chapters
Nature’s books breathe soulful brews
I pen pewter scrolls

Should Overcome Stress SOS

Should Overcome Stress SOS

Here is an example of Horn Haiku

Should overcome stress; (5)

In sermon this will address; (7)

While church would impress (5)

Stress Stress To Impress

In sermon are things I must address;
Will overcome stress that you stress;
With God agree;
He set  me free;
Church goers hearing me did impress.

weather forecasting

weightless astronauts...
they've brain and body problems...
no sense of balance...

there's information...
but input contradictions...

native peoples brains...
same as ours...but for knowledge...
we have weather men...

they do not need them...
bodies react to weather...
and the surroundings...

that information...
the input into our brains...
is generalized...

changes cause headaches...
and other body symptoms...
just weather response...

we go to doctors...
doctors blame stress and tension...
but brains are plastic...

so get out and walk...
exercise your gray matter...
get off all those pills...
