with their receding hairlines

Technicolor bulbs
flashing rainbows on the snow.

It was one of those
mornings when rain poured sideways...
horizontal blinds.

It was a happy
morning when flowers awoke...
springtime explosion.

toes in the sunshine 
    happy to see their shadow 
        spring has a foothold

of eastern cottonwood-
happy offspring

tree flowering
in the sun-
beaver waits patiently

moon shines
upon her coral blossoms-
cricket chirps

merry marigolds,
and I, meditate in sun.
to a big, lawnmower’s vibes

life of a red firefly
happy to be night light.

happy warm day wind
she gently moves through my hair

lips opened so slight
so that your cheeks may reflect
what twinkles your eyes

DOG   

	nose and paws twitching
	while running free in dreams…
	dogs greet dawn happy

For now you have it
But does it make you happy?
Money means nothing

Bugs hitting my face
Wind in hair, feet on pedals
-Eleven again!

Stay bright when you're sad
Shine on you crazy diamond
Evil men hate fire

lunar flower folds
as morning glory opens....
bees buzz happy tune    

As I see the sky, 
Some birds are flying across,  So I turn back home. 
 
Sleeping on my bed, 
         I close my eye and dreaming,    Thinking in my head. 
               
                            Wake up in midnight, 
       I saw a dusk settle down, Flewing in my eye.

Women dance in step
Happy rhythmic rumba style-
Sisters, one and all

Christmas home with songs
     Gathered family rejoice 
     Happy stars smiling

robin watching
throng of juncos 
backyard dances

School bell rings play time
Skipping,Laughing, Chasing, Fun
Happy play, school days.

Messy dog kisses: 
Most likely are full of germs, 
But make me happy.

Garden plump and ripe
My needs have been provided-
Content and happy

Dreary winter days.
Warm house, full dish, fresh litter.
We are happy cats.

bang bang bang bang pow
night red, white,  blue  pom pom blooms 
runaway dogs fear

Hibiscus' bloom,
Subtle scent of lavender;
A field of flowers...

Return from cold trails
to find a crackling warm fire
and freshly grilled trout.

Love is as love does
Peace begets peace; happy day
Unconditional 

a day so happy
hibiscus all around me
tears another day.
