Just a Perspective

This morning I woke With a tear in my heart, I Brushed it away late I went outside, found There tears on the morning grass My child called it dew I saw through both, one Reality for our sorrow Broken shines like dew So my tears lingered Long until the sun came up And drank dry my cup But left memory Like a leaf to store its kiss Beside budding grief.

This haiku series is excellent. I like the flow of the words and the essence of the message. The story line is sequential. Great job! ~Joseph
